No. Nova is Sydon’s AI demo guide, and it tells you so when the demo starts. You can talk to a person on our team whenever you like.
Do I need to connect my Amazon account?
No. Nova never asks for Seller Central access or your login. The demo runs on a sample store with products like yours, so none of your own data is used.
How long does the demo take?
About 10 minutes. It starts as soon as you submit the form, with no booking or waiting, and you can end it whenever you like.
Does the demo cost anything?
